I help technology companies find their footing when the landscape shifts and transformation becomes unavoidable. That's when I do my best work.

My work spans some of the world's most recognized technology brands, early-stage venture-backed SaaS companies, and PE-backed technology businesses navigating complex transformations. What connects all of it is the nature of the work itself, showing up at moments of real consequence, when the market is shifting, the stakes are high, and the path forward requires both clarity and conviction.

I'm drawn to the complexity of this work. The pattern recognition it requires. The ability to hold a lot of moving pieces and still see where the real opportunity is. That curiosity has taken me from defining what AI meant for enterprise productivity at Microsoft, before most organizations had language for it, to repositioning entire businesses, launching emerging technology, and building the GTM systems that outlast the engagement.

Alongside my advisory work, I'm building something I care deeply about. A learning tool designed to help students with learning differences achieve better academic outcomes. It's in stealth, but it's the kind of work that reminds me why I love being close to innovation.
