Purpose-driven work

Sometimes the most purpose-driven work is close to home.

Alongside my fractional product marketing work, I'm building something for kids who learn differently. Inspired by my own boys.

What I believe

Capable kids deserve tools built for how they actually think.

For a lot of capable kids, homework is where they get stuck. Not because they can't do the work, but because the way it's structured was never built for the way they think.

I believe that's solvable. And I believe progress matters more than perfection, that a kid who learns differently isn't a problem to be fixed, but a capable person who deserves tools built for how their mind actually works.

Why it's mine to build

I'm raising two boys who learn differently. For years I believed the goal was to fix the gap, before I understood there was never anything to fix. The system simply wasn't built for them. That realization is what set me building.

The founder's edge

Building it firsthand makes me a stronger fractional leader.

Building this firsthand keeps me close to the disciplines I lead for clients. I'm creating demand from a standing start, validating a problem sharply enough that it pulls people in. I'm building community ahead of product, the way the best modern go-to-markets do. I'm working the market-fit question from the inside, and sharpening ICP precision against a real, specific audience.

It's the same craft I bring to fractional engagements, kept current in live conditions and real stakes.

A company at a go-to-market inflection point, or a problem worth building from nothing. The work is the same. Find what others miss, and build the thing that moves it.
